Once a peasant, the orphaned elf was taken in by the previous snough and given the daisho for genpuku. Trained personally by the last snough, Sestun was taught the sword and proved himself to be an excellent warrior.
On his master’s deathbed, the mayoid granted the snough’s wishes and created the noble house of Greenbriar, making the commoner a noble and elligible to ascend to the title of snough. Seeing how loyal the young elf was to the empire (and how easily manipulated he could be), Snough Tapion vouched for Sestun and the man soon found himself the Snough of Makoto.
As snough, Sestun lives by the law of absolute truth. He has never uttered the word “promise”- his word is always a promise and better than a promise. When Snough Sestun says he will do something, it is as good as done.
